ANING is a smart business discovery and engagement platform built to help customers find trusted businesses and freelancers, and to help service providers grow, get hired, sell, and build credibility - all in one place. Developed by Zentrix Innovation Lab LTD, ANING brings together verified profiles, intelligent discovery, community interaction, digital marketplaces, events, and job opportunities into a single mobile-first ecosystem designed for modern businesses. ANING connects customers with verified service providers across both digital work (design, development, writing, marketing) and real-world trades (fashion, engineering, home services, beauty, events) - something most marketplaces treat as separate categories, not one platform. Every transaction runs through escrow: funds release only once a customer approves delivered work or an in-person booking is confirmed. Providers and customers can negotiate price - or propose a trade instead of cash - directly in chat before committing. Trust is built through document verification, peer vouching between providers, live in-progress order updates, and a portable trust credential providers own and can share anywhere. The platform is three layers working off one shared source of truth: a Provider dashboard (listings, bookings, portfolio, payouts, ad placements), a Customer app (discovery, checkout, order tracking, community), and an Admin console (verification review, dispute mediation, payout approval, and a mutual-aid fund for providers facing hardship).
